Training is provided free of charge to those CMHSPs in Michigan who are or will be supporting individuals discharged from Mount Pleasant Center or those who are supporting individuals at risk of being placed outside of their community and who otherwise would have approached the Department of Community Health (DCH) for placement at Mount Pleasant Center.
